| Description: | *Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am*
Encapsulate vitamins and natural herbal products using an encapsulation machine.

| Duties: | Read job specifications and determines machine adjustments and material requirements.
Use of SPC charts to monitor quality.
Monitors machine operation to detect product defects and/or machine malfunction.
Performs minor machine maintenance such as routine lubrication of cams and bearings.
Trouble shoot problems related to product quality and machine performance.
Accurately complete all paperwork, including log sheets, down time reports, MBR, flow charts and clean up logs.
Follow GMP and SOP rules and regulations.

| Qualifications: | High school diploma or general degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. |
